They have both cashiers and self checkout lanes. They have a clerk to help with the self checkout lanes They also offer online ordering and curbside pickup. There is plenty of parking and handicapped parking. ”
“ Bias alert I work in a different department of another Giant Eagle a couple of counties over. However, I order delivery from the Cromer Ave. location sometimes. It always says the shoppers name is James, and if thats the case, please give them a raise! The substitutions are on point, good communication, the orders are never missing items or containing extras, the bagging is good, the chosen salad was fresh theres just nothing more you could ask from a shopper. Inside, the other employees have always been friendly and done a good job and the store is always wellstocked for my needs. Ive had better experiences there than on The Strip. ”
